2016~2017年NBA常规赛季各支球队攻守能力状况分析

摘要 运用数理统计法、秩和比法,以2016~2017年NBA常规赛季30支球队攻防能力为研究对象进行分析,结果显示,将进攻能力分为B、C、D三个等级,各队都表现出较强的进攻能力,其中掘金队、勇士队、奇才队进攻能力排在前三;将防守能力分为A、B、C、D四个等级,其中勇士队与鹈鹕队达到防守最高等级的A类水平;将攻防综合能力分为A、B、C、D、E五个等级,勇士队是惟一一支攻防综合能力达到A类级别的球队,湖人队最差排名最后.Pearson相关性双侧检验,单一的防守能力、进攻能力与成绩不具有显著性相关,攻防综合能力与成绩具有非常显著性相关(P<0.01).针对对NBA球队的分析,建议中国篮球教练员要树立攻防平衡的训练理念,强化中国球员提高攻守能力必备的身体素质;在训练中攻守能力数据分析要常态化,以在加强攻防能力方面进行有针对性训练,从而提高我国篮球竞技能力. Using the mathematical statistics method and RSR method,taking offensive and defensive ability of 30 teams as research object in 2016-2017 NBA regular season Results show that the attack ability is divided into B,C,D three grades,have shown a strong offensive capability,Denver Nuggets,Golden State Warriors,and wizards occupy the top three slot;defensive ability is divided into A,B,C,D four grades,the warriors and the pelican team to reach the highest level of class a level of defense;offensive and defensive ability is divided into A,B,C,D,E five grades,the warriors are the only team offensive and defensive ability to achieve a level of the team.The Lakers are the worst ranked last,Pearson correlation two-sided test,single defensive ability,ability to attack and score is not significantly related,has a very significant correlation with the results of the attack and defense ability(P<0.01).The China coaches to establish training concept,strengthen the balance of offensive and defensive player China offensive and defensive ability essential physical qualities;the offensive and defensive ability of data analysis should be normalized,in order to guide the offensive and defensive lack the ability to carry out targeted training enlightenment,so as to improve the competitive ability of basketball in China.
