摘要
我国民航运价市场化改革虽然取得了一些成绩,但仍然存在定价机制不统一,容易出现扯皮现象;相对于完全竞争行业,民航业竞争性明显不足;相对于国际航空巨头,国内航空企业管理水平偏低等问题。应采取营造良好市场竞争环境,提高定价合理性;设置期限,推行价格扶持政策;加强航空信息化建设,提高航空运价监管和调控力度等措施,不断推进我国民航运价的市场化改革进程。
The marketization reform of China’s civil aviation has gained some progress, but there still existed phenomenon such as non-uniform pricing mechanism and easy trend in argue back and forth. Compared with perfect competition industry, the competitiveness of civil aviation was obviously insufficient;compared with international aviation large power, the domestic management level was lower. We should build fine market competition environment, raise pricing rationality;set up time deadline, push price supportive policy;strengthen aviation informatization construction, raise transport price regulation and control power to continuously improve the marketization reform process of China’s civil aviation transport price.
