我国纺织服装出口贸易面临的挑战与转型策略研究 被引量:5

摘要 在全球区域贸易协定与日俱增、国际贸易规则面临重构的背景下,我国纺织服装贸易发展面临着成本上升带来传统比较优势丧失、国际贸易保护主义抬头导致国际市场需求疲软、市场竞争加剧不确定因素增加、全球纺织服装产业价值链变化剧烈等挑战。应采取构建更具竞争力的行业标准、加大技术创新力度提升价值链位次、加强纺织服装业各类人才培养打造核心竞争力、借力“一带一路”倡议丰富出口市场等措施,有效促进我国纺织服装出口贸易转型,在新的市场环境下继续保持我国纺织服装出口贸易优势。 In the context of growing global regional trade agreements and international trade rule under reconstitution, China’s textile garment trade faced challenges such as traditional comparative advantages loss due to rising costs, international market demand weakness induced by international trade protectionism, increasing uncertain factors aggregated by market competition and severe change in global textile garment industrial chain value. We should establish more competitive industrial standard, enlarge technical innovation power to raise value chain position, strengthen cultivation for talents in textile industry to build core competitiveness, enrich export market by “Belt and Road” Initiatives, promote the trade transformation for Chinese textile garment effectively, and maintain the export advantage under new market background.
