“一带一路”倡议下基于大数据的口岸物流发展战略思考——以内蒙、黑龙江、新疆三地口岸物流发展为例

Strategic Thinking on Port Logistics Development based on Big Data under“The Belt and Road”Initiative——Taken Port Logistics Development in Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and Xinjiang

口岸因其特殊的地理位置,在"一带一路"倡议实施中占有极其重要的地位。随着"一带一路"倡议的逐步推进,沿线国家间的经贸往来日益密切,口岸物流的发展愈加迅猛。在此背景下,首先对"一带一路"倡议及口岸物流、大数据进行深入解读,然后全方位分析了"一带一路"倡议下内蒙古、黑龙江及新疆三地口岸物流的发展情况,据此诊断目前我国口岸物流存在的问题,并通过对大数据技术的研究和运用,提出口岸物流发展的四大策略。

Port had important position in "The Belt and Road" Initiative because of the special geographical location,with the gradual development of "The Belt and Road" Initiative, the economic trade among the line nations are more and more frequent, and the port logistics has been developed more rapidly. Under this background, this paper discusses "The Belt and Road" Initiative, port logistics and big data, analyzes the development status of port logistics in Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and Xinjiang, examines the existing problems, and puts forward four major strategies by the research and application of big data.
