摘要
目前我国规训化的刚性德育模式已经成为制约德育健康发展的现实瓶颈,老子"贵柔"的哲学思想有助于实现德育的柔性化转型。"柔弱胜刚强"为德育柔性化提供了哲学依据,"以百姓心为心"有助于教育者确立"以人为本"的德育理念,"遵道而贵德"启示德育应遵循以需求为导向的规律,"无为而治"启发教育者应根据受教育者的接受特点采用隐而不露的德育方式。
Since the disciplined and rigid moral education in contemporary China has become a bottleneck restricting the sound development of moral education, Laozis"gui rou"philosophy will be helpful to achieve a flexible moral education. As presented in Laozi's philosophy,"overcoming the strong by being weak"provides a philosophical basis for the flexibility of moral education;"the needs of other people are as his own"helps educators to carry out people-oriented moral education;"adhering to the Tao and valuing moral integrity"highlights the importance of observing demand-oriented laws in moral education;and"govern by doing nothing that goes against nature"inspires educators to adopt implicit and unrecognized moral education according to the receptivity of the educated.
