摘要
《世说新语》既是魏晋南北朝小说的代表作,也是反映魏晋时期社会生活的重要史料。大量的历史故实和人物言行细节描写,使本书具有了相当突出的历史实录品格。更重要的是,本书对魏晋时期社会生活本真状态的再现,以及对士族文化心理的深层次掘发,是以政治史、制度史为中心内容的纯粹史学著作所替代不了的。
As a representative of the novels in Wei, Jin, Northern and Southern Dynasties, Shi shuo Xin yu has the important historical materials for understanding the social life of Wei-Jin period. The historical allusions and details of people's words and deeds in it are the historical memoir of that period. It reproduces the real life of Wei-Jin period and deeply explores the cul-turale psychology of the nobles, which is irreplaceable by other historical records which takes the history of politics and institution as the core.
