摘要
文章从基本公共文化服务均等化的内涵、意义及内容入手,论述基本公共文化服务均等化的驱动因素(主要包括政策及法律因素、经济因素和人文因素等),以及这些因素间的交互作用对基本公共文化服务均等化实现的作用机理。
Starting with the connotation, meaning and content of the equalization of basic public cultural services, this paper discusses the driving factors of the equalization of basic public cultural services, including policy and legal factors, economic factors and human factors, and the mechanism of interaction between these factors to the equalization of basic public cultural services.
