A Study on Library Smart Pushing Service Based on User Situation

通过数据层、分析层和推送层建立一套完整的、基于用户情境的智慧推送服务体系,该体系以对用户情境信息的准确捕获和感知为基础,通过精准分析探知用户隐性诉求,按群体组织信息分层推送,满足不同群体的个性化知识需求,再通过反馈单元不断修正推送机制与优化策略,提升图书馆的智慧服务能力。

This paper builds the intelligent pushing services system based on user situation by the data layer, the analyzing layer and the pushing layer that the system is based on accurate capture and perception of user context. Through accurate analysis this system explores implicit appeal , promotes hierarchical information by group organization to meet the individualized knowledge needs of different ,improves the smart service capabilities to correct the pushing mechanism and optimization strategy through the feedback unit.
