半微量有机化学实验提高实验效能的教学实践 被引量:8

摘要 半微量有机化学与常规有机化学实验相比,具有试剂用量少、三废排放少、能源消耗低、实验时间短、实验效率高、安全性高等诸多优势,是有机化学实验教学实现可持续发展的有效途径,也是有机化学实验向微型化发展的必然趋势。实施半微量有机化学实验教学的20年间,通过合理设置实验内容,在有限的实验学时中提高实验的教学密度,不仅可以提高实验效能,使学生掌握较多的基本实验操作技能,培养其综合实验能力和严谨的科学实验态度,还激发了学生对有机化学实验的兴趣和学习有机化学的积极性,并增强了学生的环境保护意识和社会责任感。 Compared with conventional organic chemistry experiment,semi-micro organic chemistry experiment has many advantages,such as less reagent dosage,less waste discharge,lower energy consumption,shorter experimental time,higher experimental efficiency,higher safety,etc.Semi-micro organic chemistry experiment is an effective way for experimental teaching of organic chemistry to realize sustainable development,and it is also an inevitable trend for the development of organic chemistry experiment to miniaturization.Since the implementation of semi-micro organic chemistry experiment teaching for 20 years,the experiment content has been set up reasonably,and the teaching density of the experiment has been increased in the limited experiment hours.Therefore,experimental efficiency can be enhanced and students can master more basic experimental skills.Furthermore,it is beneficial for students to cultivate comprehensive experimental ability and rigorous scientific experimental attitude,and students'interest in organic chemistry experiments and enthusiasm for learning organic chemistry may be inspired.Meanwhile,the students'environmental protection awareness and social responsibility can be strengthened.
