基于分级式训练的大学生创业计划竞赛平台建设与实践 被引量:7

摘要 为提升理工科院校学生的创新创业竞赛水平,立足学校的办学特色和资源优势,从课程体系建设、实践平台建设及保障机制3个方面入手,为学生设计了一个集入门、提高、创新为一体的分级式创业竞赛训练平台。课程体系建设中包含基础学习、大数据处理、企业课程、训练和竞赛类等课程,为指导学生创新创业提供了理论指导;按照知识和技能的普及、提高、创新3个阶段呈递进式设计实践过程,科学引导学生由浅入深地掌握创业技能;同时,引入学校的鼓励政策和校内外创业实验室及基地等配套设施等。通过初步探索与实践,学生竞赛成绩明显提升,教学改革成效显著,为理工科院校创新型人才培养做出了有益探索。 In order to improve students'ability in innovation and entrepreneurship competition,taking Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology for example,basing on school characteristics and resource advantages,starting from the three aspects of course system construction,practice platform construction and guarantee mechanism,a hierarchical entrepreneurship competition training platform integrating introduction,improvement and innovation is designed.The curriculum system includes basic learning,big data processing,enterprise courses,training and competition courses,providing theoretical guidance for students'innovation and entrepreneurship.The practice process presents progressive design according to the popularization,improvement and innovation of knowledge and skills,and scientifically guides students to master entrepreneurial skills from the superficial to the profound;In safeguard mechanism,authority of university introduced the encouragement policy of the school and the supporting facilities such as start-up laboratory and base.Through preliminary practice,students'performance in competitions improved significantly,the teaching reform has achieved remarkable results.This reform has made a beneficial exploration for the cultivation of innovative talents in science and engineering colleges.
