健康中国建设背景下体医融合模式在养老地产中的运用

将体医融合模式运用于养老地产既是积极响应健康中国非医疗性健康干预的号召,又是对促进健康老龄化一次有意义的探索。养老地产在建筑设计、运营模式、开发模式、盈利模式等方面,都为运用体医融合模式提供了实践可行性,但在具体操作过程中也面临着体医不均衡发展、体医不合作发展、体医功能认知单一、体医融合操作性法规缺失等问题。体医融合模式在养老地产中的成功运用,应落实《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》中体医融合的具体方案,重视体育文化建设对老年人健身意识的养成,引用智能移动设备建立老年人健康管理数据库,积极引导养老地产内健身休闲活动的组织与安排。

Applying the model of integrated physical and medical services to retirement-oriented real estate is both a positive response to healthy non-medical health interventions in China and a meaningful promotion of healthy aging exploration.Elderly real estate has provided practical feasibility for the application of medical and health care fusion mode in the aspects of architectural design,operation mode,development mode and profit model;however,in the specific operation process,elderly-care real estate also faces unbalanced development of medical treatment and uncooperative development of physical and medical services,a single cognitive body medicine function,lack of integration of body surgery laws and regulations and other issues.To achieve successful application of medical and physical integration model in the field of elderly-care real estate,we should implement specific plans of integrated medical and physical medicine in Healthy China 2030 Plan,attach great importance to physical culture for the development of elderlyfitness awareness,establish the elderly health management databaseby using intelligent mobile devices,and actively guide theorganization and arrangements of fitness and leisure activities in the nursing home.
