国家运动休闲示范区建设水平评价指标研究

Evaluation index for the construction level of national sports and recreation zone

以我国首个国家运动休闲示范区富阳为例,构建了规模能力、经营能力、品牌能力、集聚能力4个维度24个二级指标的示范区建设水平评价指标体系,运用AHP—隶属度转换算法综合评价模型对2007—2014年相关数据进行标准化处理。结果表明:富阳运动休闲示范区建设成效显著;建设水平逐年稳步提高,尤其是品牌能力进步明显;今后需要加强示范区内运动休闲企业、项目、资本等的集聚能力。

This paper took Fuyang,the first national sports recreation demonstration zone in China as an example,to construct the evaluation index system including 24 second-class levels on four dimensions:scale ability,management ability,brand ability,and agglomeration ability.AHP comprehensive evaluation model of membership conversion algorithm was normalized to 2007~2014 data.Results show that the effect for the construction of the zone in Fuyang is significant;the level of construction is improving steadily,especially the brand ability having obvious progress;in the future,the ability of gathering sports enterprises,projects and capital needs strengthening.
