重组人生长激素对GHD和ISS患儿的促生长作用及对血脂的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨重组人生长激素(rh GH)对生长激素缺乏症(GHD)和特发性矮小(ISS)患儿身高和血脂指标的影响。方法:选取37例GHD患儿和35例ISS患儿,均给予rh GH皮下注射规律治疗,每3个月随诊一次,随诊时测量患儿身高、检测血脂指标,共随诊12个月。结果:治疗后,GHD患儿和ISS患儿的身高均明显高于治疗前,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GHD患儿和ISS患儿,治疗后总胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种患儿治疗后的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显高于治疗前,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:rh GH治疗可明显改善GHD、ISS患儿的身高及血脂指标,值得临床应用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH) on body height and blood lipid of children with growth hormone deficiency(GHD) and idiopathic short stature(ISS). Methods: 37 children with GHD and 35 children with ISS were all treated with rhGH subcutaneous injection regularly. All the children were followed up every 3 months for 12 months, body height and blood lipid were measured during follow-up. Results: After treatment, the body height of GHD children and ISS children were all significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the total cholesterol and triglyceride of GHD children and ISS children after treatment had no significant differences compared with that before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the high-density lipoprotein of GHD children and ISS children were significantly higher than that before treatment, while the low-density lipoprotein were significantly lower(P<0.05). Conclusions: rh GH treatment can significantly improve the body height and blood lipid indexes of GHD and ISS children, so it is worthy of clinical application.
