摘要 弹丸全弹道飞行时间测量试验,传统采用有线传输信号进行测时方式布线繁琐,试验效率低。针对此类问题论文提出了远距离两点同步测时法,设计了长时间测时电路,利用单片机结合FPGA设计了32位计数电路。在试验前同步启动两块测时板,利用炮口火焰探测器和落区天幕靶输出的信号控制相应的测时板停止计时,两块电路板的计时时间差即为弹丸全弹道飞行时间。设计的测时板采用信号源进行验证,时间测量范围可达到25min,时间测量误差不大于0.1ms,满足全弹道飞行时间的测量需求。 The method of traditional measurement of projectiles full-ballistic flight time uses wired signal transmission, which wiring is tedious and the low test efficiency. Aiming at this kind of problem, a long distance two-point synchronous timing method is proposed, and along-time timing circuit is designed, and a 32-bit counter circuit is designed using a single-chip microcomputer combined with FPGA. Before the test, two timing boards are activated at the seam time. The signals output by the muzzle flame detector and the sky screen target are used to control the corresponding timing board stop timing. The time counted by the two boards is subtracted, which is the total ballistic flight time of the projectile. The designed timing boards are verified by the signal source. The time measurement range can reach 25 min and the time measurement error is less than 0.1ms, which satisfies the measurement requirements of the projectiles full-ballistic flight time.
