基于虚拟仿真技术的船舶舵机液压培训系统设计

摘要 为了解决可调螺距螺旋桨液压伺服系统在实际训练中受环境限制和维护成本高的问题,在过程仿真支持平台的基础上,开发可调螺距螺旋桨液压伺服软件仿真系统。首先,建立液压系统管网、泵阀、液压缸、冷却器和螺旋桨桨距执行器的数学模型;其次,采用VC++编程技术实现系统逻辑控制接口的仿真;最后,软件仿真系统将提供可调螺距螺旋桨液压系统的整体运行功能,并对实际船舶的故障进行仿真,进行智能化评估。论文所研究设计的仿真培训系统可以模拟真实船舶系统中的故障,可在海员教育和培训中发挥作用。 In order to solve the problem that the adjustable pitch propeller hydraulic servo system is subject to environmental constraints and high maintenance costs in actual training, based on the process simulation support platform, the hydraulic servo software simulation system of adjustable pitch propeller is developed. Firstly, the mathematical model of the hydraulic system pipe network, pump valve, hydraulic cylinder, cooler and propeller pitch actuator are established. Secondly, the VC ++ programming technology is used to realize the simulation of the system logic control interface. Finally, the software simulation system will provide the overall operation function of the pitch propeller hydraulic system is adjusted, and the actual ship failure is simulated and intelligently evaluated. The simulation training system designed in this paper can simulate faults in real ship systems and can play a role in seafarer education and training.
