超大型浮体带空心变截面的铰接式连接器强度研究(英文)

摘要 超大型浮体长达数公里,具有庞大的排水量,往往采用模块化建造,此时模块间的连接系统是最为薄弱的环节,也是整个系统最重要的部分。由于在海上经历风浪流等复杂的载荷,超大型浮体模块间的连接器需要遭受巨大的载荷。因此,精确地评估连接器强度是连接系统设计环节中最重要的一环。文章基于刚性模块柔性连接的方法预报载荷,结合超大型浮体的使用功能要求,进行了连接器的结构设计,基于带空心变截面的连接器有限元模型进行了强度评估。结果显示,带环肋的空心销轴连接器能够满足强度要求。 Very large floating structures with kilometres in length and large tonnes in displacement are usually modular constructed, while the connecting systems are the weakest but the most important in the entire structures. Due to complicated loads of alternate wind, wave and current in sea, the connectors between the modules of the very large floating structures are bearing a great number of loads. Therefore, accurate assessment on the strength of connectors plays a large role in connecting system design. Based on the loads calculated with the model of rigid module flexible connector, the construction of connectors was designed according to function and requirement of very large floating structures. In addition, mechanical model of the hinge connector with hollow variable-section was modelled by finite elements to analyse. Finally, the results show that the strength of hollow bolt connector with circulate ribs complies with the design requirements.
