低温胁迫下木醋液对水稻幼苗抗寒性的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为探究木醋液对水稻幼苗抗寒性的影响及其提高抗寒性的最适浓度,文章以"稻花香2号"水稻品种为试验材料,以蒸馏水及稀释500、400、300、200、100倍木醋液喷施幼苗,昼/夜温度15℃/5℃低温环境下培养72 h,分别在冷害结束和常温恢复第3天、第6天取样,研究低温胁迫及常温恢复期间木醋液对水稻幼苗生长、叶绿素含量、根系活力、电解质渗透率,SOD、POD和CAT活性,MDA、脯氨酸及可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,在冷害结束及恢复过程中,水稻幼苗各项指标在3个时间点均随木醋液浓度增加先升后降,M400处理与对照相比差异最显著。说明喷施适宜浓度木醋液可提高水稻幼苗抗寒性,各稀释浓度中M400处理效果最佳。 To investigate the effect wood vinegar on cold resistance of rice seedlings as well as optimum concentration of wood vinegar, the rice cultivar named 'Daohuaxiang2' was selected as experimental material which was sprayed with distilled water and 500, 400, 300, 200, 100 times dilution of wood vinegar. Samples were taken at the end of the chilling and on the 3rd and 6th day of the temperature recovery at low temperature of 15 ℃/5 ℃(day/night) for 72 h. Rice morphological growth, chlorophyll content, root activity, electrolyte permeability, activities of SOD, POD and CAT, contents of MDA, proline and soluble sugar were measured. The results showed that the indices of rice seedlings increased first and then decreased with the increase of wood vinegar concentration at three time points during the end of chilling injury and recovery. The difference between M400 treatment and the control was the most significant. Above results indicated that, spraying the appropriate concentration of wood vinegar could improve the cold resistance of rice seedlings and the M400 had the best treatment effect.
