摘要
文章介绍了多晶金刚石刀具的发展及性能特点,并简要叙述了多晶金刚石刀具的制造工艺、加工工艺参数,以及时效机理等。如今,加工制造技术的发展使刀具技术朝着高速切削,高精度,干切削和磨削的方向发展,使得超硬刀具的使用效率高,稳定性高。
In this paper,the development and performance characteristics of polycrystalline diamond tools are introduced,and the manufacturing process,machining process parameters and aging mechanism of polycrystalline diamond tools are briefly described.Nowadays,the development of machining manufacturing technology makes the tool technology develop towards the direction of high speed cutting,high precision,dry cutting and grinding,which makes the use efficiency and stability of superhard cutting tools high.
