烟箱称重检测验证标定样装置设计及应用

在烟草工业烟箱成品出库时为确保称重缺条检测系统的准确性,需用模拟法对成品出库动态称重缺条检测系统验证,但模拟测试过程繁琐,且在模拟测试结束后存在将模拟缺条烟箱混入合格品中的可能性。我们针对此情况来研制一种烟箱称重检测验证标定样装置以同时满足不同品牌烟箱不同重量组合,同时在材质上保证称重检测验证标定样自身重量受温湿度、环境影响在允许误差范围内。让其来验证成品出库称重缺条检测系统的准确性。
