试论汽轮机检修中的汽缸法兰变形处理工艺

汽缸法兰变形问题在汽轮机中较为多见,影响设备正常工作,降低作业效率,也可能引发安全问题。基于此,文章以汽缸法兰变形的类型和原因作为切入点,予以简述,再以此为基础,重点分析汽轮机检修中的汽缸法兰变形处理工艺,给出处理原则和各类常见方法,包括返厂处理、密封剂处理以及补焊法处理等。最后结合实例对上述理论进行补充说明,为后续法兰变形处理工作提供参考。

The deformation of cylinder flange is more common in steam turbine,which affects the normal operation of the equipment,reduces the operation efficiency,and may also lead to safety problems.Based on this,this paper takes the types and causes of cylinder flange deformation as the breakthrough point,and then on the basis of this,emphatically analyzes the treatment technology of cylinder flange deformation in steam turbine maintenance,and gives the treatment principles and all kinds of common methods,including return treatment,sealant treatment and repair welding treatment and so on.Finally,an example is given to supplement the above theory,which provides a reference for the subsequent flange deformation treatment.
