基于图像识别技术的消费者卷烟品牌培育路径的研究 被引量:9

摘要 文章基于卷积神经网络的AI图像识别技术,消费者通过手机拍照功能随时随地获取相关信息和品牌文化,同时完善卷烟品牌信息数据库,建立连接消费者和卷烟品牌之间的桥梁,拓宽了烟草公司获取消费者信息大数据的渠道,深入挖掘消费者潜在需求,进一步丰富卷烟品牌培育手段,为消费者实现"高效、便捷、满意"的全新终端服务体验。同时文章从消费者认知视角,探索提出"图像识别技术+烟草"的卷烟品牌培育新路径,推动互联网+、大数据、人工智能新技术与烟草产业深度融合,填补了行业相关技术和应用的空白。 Based on AI image recognition technology based on convolution neural network,consumers obtain relevant information and brand culture anytime and anywhere through mobile phone photo function,and perfect cigarette brand information database at the same time.The establishment of a bridge between consumers and cigarette brands has broadened the channels for tobacco companies to obtain consumer information big data,deeply excavated the potential needs of consumers,and further enriched the means of cigarette brand cultivation.For consumers to achieve "efficient,convenient,satisfactory" of the new terminal service experience.At the same time,from the perspective of consumer cognition,this paper explores a new way to cultivate cigarette brand of "image recognition technology + tobacco",and promotes the deep integration of Internet +,big data,artificial intelligence new technology and tobacco industry.It fills in the gap of related technology and application in the industry.
