山区高速公路土建工程项目施工管理探讨

自2012年交通行业推广"平安工地"建设以来,尤其是近年来"品质工程"的试点,传统的高速公路管理思路已不适应当前管理要求。文章介绍了在云南省元蔓高速公路土建项目管理思路和实践,以期为高速公路土建项目管理提供参考。

Since the transportation industry promoted the construction of "safe construction site" in 2012,especially in recent years,the pilot project of "quality engineering",the traditional highway management ideas have been unable to meet the current management requirements.This paper introduces the thinking and practice of civil construction project management of Yuanman Expressway in Yunnan Province,in order to provide reference for expressway civil construction project management.
