摘要
空气中的可吸入颗粒物对环境和人体具有较大的危害,如何更有效地去除空气中的细颗粒物成为研究的热点。作为一种非编织型纤维过滤单元,纤维束过滤器能够依靠摩擦静电吸附作用,实现微细粒颗粒物的分离净化。以城市路面扬尘颗粒物为主要研究对象,在入口颗粒物浓度0.58 g/m^3、过滤风速为1.0 m/s、填充率为1.06%的条件下,考察了不同清灰方式下纤维束的除尘性能,结果为:强风系统不适合本实验中纤维束的清灰,在自来水+洗涤剂系统下,清洗次数对除尘效率未产生明显的影响,纤维束可以多次重复使用。
Inhalable particles have enormous influnence on the environment and human body, and how to remove fine particles more effectively has become a research hotspot. As a new purification unit other than woven fiber filter, the fiber bundle filter could rely on frictional electrostatic to achieve the separation and purification of fine particles. When inlet particulate matter concentration was 0.58 g/m 3, filtration velocity was1.0 m/s, and filling rate was 1.06%, the different dust removal methods of fiber bundle filter were studied under urban road dust particles.The different clean test results showed that strong wind system was not suitable for the fiber bundle. During water+detergent system, the number of cleaning had not a significant effect on the dust removal efficiency of fiber bundle. The fiber bundle could be recycled.
