热轧水系统Cl离子浓度对冷轧板表面影响研究

摘要 以柳钢热轧厂大修水系统全部换新水为契机,通过对换水前后相同工艺条件下同品规材料的对比检测分析,研究表明热轧水系统Cl离子浓度对冷轧基卷色泽及氧化铁皮厚度影响不明显、对冷轧酸洗及成品色泽影响不大,但会引起边部腐蚀形成麻坑。提出通过优化管路系统设计、换水或补新水的改进措施。 Through comparative testing and analysis of the same material under the same process conditions before and after water exchange by taking the opportunity of replacing all fresh water in hot-rolled overhaul of Liugang it is studied that the Cl concentration of hot rolling water system has no obvious influence on the color and thickness of iron oxide scale of hot rolled sheet, and has no obvious influence on the color of cold rolling pickling and finished products, but it will cause pitting in the edge. Improvement measures are put forward by optimizing the design of pipeline system, changing water or recharging water.
