摘要
为探究高F值寡肽对改善肠道吸收状况的影响。选用昆明种小鼠为实验对象,将其分为高F值寡肽酶解液组、超滤组和对照组,分别每天灌胃,10 d后收集小鼠肠道内容物,通过试剂盒提取DNA并利用16S rRNA技术获得各组小鼠肠道的优势菌群并采用Anosim、OTU Venn、OTU PCA、PCoA和LDA EffectSize (LEfSe)等进行分析。结果表明,酶解液组优势菌群为蛭弧菌科与毛螺菌科,超滤组为肠球菌科与嗜冷杆菌属,而对照组为拟杆菌门的黄杆菌目和拟杆菌科、β-变形菌纲的黄杆菌科与产碱杆菌科。高F值寡肽酶解液可以改变肠道菌群的整体结构,并能增加肠道内的有益菌种,从而维持肠道菌群的结构和稳定。
To explore the effect of high fischer ratio oligo-peptides on the improvement of intestinal absorption. Kunming mice were selected as experimental subjects and divided into high fischer ratio oligo-peptides hydrolyzing solution group, ultrafiltration group and control group. They were intragastrically administrated on a daily basis, and the intestinal contents of mice were collected ten days later. DNA was extracted by the kit. The 16S rRNA technology was used to obtain the dominant intestinal flora of mice in each group and analyzed using Anosim, OTU Venn, OTU PCA, PCoA, and LDA EffectSize(LEfSe). The results showed that the dominant bacteria group in the enzymolysis solution group were Bdellovibrio and Lachnospiraceae, the ultrafiltration group was Enterococcaceae and Psychrobacter, and the control group was Flavobacteriales and Bacteroidaceae of Bacteroidetes, Flavobacteriums and Alcaligenacea of Beta-proteobacteria. The high fischer ratio oligo-peptides hydrolysate can change the overall structure of the intestinal flora and increase the probiotic bacteria in the intestine, thereby maintaining the structure and stability of the intestinal flora.
