摘要 交通稳静化(Woonerf)优化是一种将交通空间进行低速限制的设计理念,其关键在于降低车速、促进人车和谐。在该理念指导下,选取信阳市居住小区,通过交叉口静化、曲折行车道、优化停车系统、统筹绿化与公共空间多种措施进行交通稳静化优化,以期为缓解信阳市居住小区"人车矛盾"现象提出科学的依据和有效的经验。 The optimization of traffic Woonerf was a designed concept that limited traffic space at a low speed, the key to which is to reduce the vehicle speed and promote vehicle-pedestrian coexistence. Under the guidance of this concept, the residential quarters of Xinyang are selected to optimize traffic Woonerf by means of measures like intersections Woonerf, traffic lanes zigzagging, parking system optimization, greening and public space coordination, in hope of providing scientific basis and effective experience to alleviate the "pedestrian-vehicle contradiction" phenomenon in the residential quarters of Xinyang.
