摘要 该文分析当前建筑工程专业学生特点与专业就业方向,结合建筑工程专业教师团队建设与当今时代的发展需求,提出了建设"思政导师+专业教师+工程师+培训师"的"四师"团队的建设思路、建设目标、建设内容与途径,通过建筑工程专业教师角色的转变,能够进一步提升建筑工程专业教学团队与教学体系建设工作,从而产生良好效应,推动建筑工程专业教学建设。 This paper analyzes the characteristics and employment orientation of students in construction engineering, and, combined with the team building of professional teachers in construction engineering and the developmental needs of the times, puts forward the construction ideas, goals, contents and ways of building a teaching team with "four roles"-- Ideological and Political Tutor + Professional Teacher + Engineer + Trainer. Through the role transformation of architectural engineering teachers, the construction work of the engineering team and the teaching system can be further improved, which will produce good effects and promote the teaching construction of architectural engineering.
