摘要
针对码头橡胶护舷使用期间易损坏的问题,通过分析护舷胶料物理性能不同检测项目的国内外测试标准要求,总结出国内行业标准中未作要求的胶料物理性能检测项目,进而提出详细完整的护舷胶料物理性能测试要求和监控方法。同时对不同使用环境下护舷配件的选取进行了分析,给出了在海水、陆地、内河和两河水中推荐的材质标准。此外亦对防冲板的制造工艺、材质和防腐进行了分析,提出了较详细要求,以期达到护舷系统的精细化设计,保证品质,降低后期维护成本的目的,为工程建设提供技术参考。
Aiming at the problem that rubber fender of wharf is easy to be damaged during use,by analyzing the requirements of the international standards and Chinese standards for different testing items of rubber material properties,the physical property testing items which are not required in Chinese standards are summarized,and then the detailed and complete testing requirements and monitoring methods of physical properties of fender rubber are put forward.At the same time,the selection of fender accessories in different environments is analyzed,the recommended material standards in seawater,land,inland river and two rivers are given.In addition,the manufacturing process,material and anti-corrosion of fender panels are also analyzed, and a detailed requirements are proposed in order to achieve the fine design of fender system,ensure the quality and reduce the maintenance costs in the later period,so as to provide technical reference for the construction of the project.
