摘要
自升平台式碎石铺设整平船"津平1"为港珠澳大桥岛隧工程量身定制的大型核心装备,连续完成24节大型沉管碎石的铺设及相关试验工作时,抬升机构实际运行时间已经超出设计使用寿命,出现磨损、塑性变形和裂纹。为满足后续沉管安装需求,保障施工和船机设备安全,需对抬升齿轮齿条进行强度计算分析及缺陷修复。经修复后,齿轮齿条满足了安全使用要求。
The self-lifting platform gravel laying and leveling vessel "Jinping 1" is a large-scale core equipment tailored for the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Island &Tunnel Project.The actual operating time of the lifting mechanism has exceeded the design life,resulting in wear,plastic deformation and cracks when the laying of 24 sections of large caisson gravel and the related test work are completed in succession.In order to meet the need of installation of the subsequent sinking pipes and ensure the safety of the construction and equipment of the ship,it is necessary to calculate the strength of raised gear rack and repair its defects.After repairing,the gear rack meets the requirements of safe use.
