后现代主义视角下教师角色的重构

摘要 20世纪后半期兴起的后现代主义哲学文化思潮代表着一种价值取向和一种思维范式,为研究教师角色提供了新的视角。教师角色也出现了由教师权威走向共生关系的对话者、由知识传授走向创造性活动的引导者、由习惯同一走向崇尚差异性及多元性的后现代转向。然而,教师在角色转变过程中面临后现代课程观和我国教育现实的矛盾、平等对话者与课堂引导者的矛盾、角色超载等挑战。在后现代主义视角下,可通过坚持以人为本、以知识的合法化重塑教师权威、以教学反思促进教师专业发展和建立情感相依的师生关系等途径来实现教师角色的重构。 In the second half of the 20th century, the ideological trend of post-modernism philosophy and culture represented a kind of value orientation and a thinking pattern, which provided a new perspective for the study of the role of teachers. The role of teachers also appears as the interlocutor from teacher authority to symbiotic relationship, as well as the guide from knowledge imparting to creative activities, as well as the postmodern transition from habit of the same to the pursuit of diversity and diversity. However, in the process of the transformation of the teacher s role, there are challenges such as the postmodern curriculum view, the reality of education in China, the contradiction between the equal interlocutor and the classroom guide. From the perspective of post-modernism, the reconstruction of teacher s role can be achieved by adhering to the people-oriented approach, reshaping teacher s authority with the legalization of knowledge, promoting teacher s professional development with teaching reflection, and establishing an emotionally dependent teacher-student relationship.
