基于ERG理论的地方高校大学生创新创业教育路径探索

Exploration on Paths of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Students of Local Universities Based on ERG Theory

开展大学生创新创业教育对地方高校及社会发展具有重要义。本文基于ERG理论,从人本主义角度出发,针对当前地方高校大学生创新创业教育存在的问题,提出了健全大学生创新创业教育体系、提升教师创新创业能力、协同合作育人和增加资金投入等措施。

Carrying out the innovation and entrepreneurship education for students is of great significance for local universities and development of society. In view of ERG theory, the paper analyzes the problems of local universities launching of innovation and entrepreneurship education and activities from the perspective of humanism, and provides feasibility strategies for these problems, including perfecting the system of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students, improving teachers innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, conducting collaborative and cooperative education, and increasing funds, etc.
