溴己新联合头孢呋辛钠治疗小儿肺炎临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of children's pneumonia with bromhexin and cefuroxime sodium

目的:探讨对小儿肺炎疾病进行溴己新联合头孢呋辛钠治疗所产生的临床效果。方法:收治先兆小儿肺炎患者50例,分两组,对照组患者采取维生素C联合头孢呋辛钠的方式进行治疗,试验组采用溴己新联合头孢呋辛钠的方式进行治疗,分析两个组别的临床效果。结果:试验组的总有效率96%,对照组总有效率88%,因此,对照组小儿肺炎患者的总有效率显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在病症的消失时间方面,试验组显著早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溴己新联合头孢呋辛钠在治疗小儿肺炎疾病问题上取得了较好的医疗作用,可以进行进一步的深入研究。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bromohexine combined with cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods:50 children with threatened pneumonia were selected,they were divided into the two groups,the control group was treated with vitamin C combined with cefuroxime sodium,the experimental group was treated with bromohexine combined with cefuroxime sodium,the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96%,and that of the control group was 88%.Therefore,the total effective rate of the children with pneumonia in the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group,with certain statistical significance(P< 0.05).In terms of the disappearance time of corresponding diseases,the experimental group was significantly earlier than the control group,with certain statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bromhexine combined with cefuroxime sodium has achieved a good medical effect in the treatment of pneumonia in children,which can be further studied.
