经鼻内镜手术治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效观察及安全性

Observation on the efficacy and safety of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of senile chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps

目的:分析对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉老年患者经鼻内镜术治疗的疗效。方法:将手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉老年患者45例作为A组,另选同期行经鼻内镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者45例为B组,对比其治疗效果。结果:B组患者的手术效果与安全性均显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉老年患者行经鼻内镜手术的疗效确切,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of endoscopic treatment for elderly patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods:45 elderly patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps received and treated with conventional surgery were selected as the group A,another 45 patients who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery at the same time were selected as the group B,we compared the results.Results:The surgical outcome and safety of elderly patients in the group B were significantly higher than those in the group A,P<0.05 with statistical differences.Conclusion:Endoscopic surgery for elderly patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps is effective and safe.
