糖尿病诊断中采用生化检验与常规检验效果分析

Analysis of the effect of biochemical and routine tests in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus

目的:探究生化检验、常规检验对糖尿病患者诊断效果的影响。方法:2016年6月-2018年6月收治疑似糖尿病患者320例,对所有糖尿病患者采取常规检验和生化检验,对比2种检验方式的准确性。结果:生化检验准备率93.75%明显优于常规的82.5%,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生化检验在诊断糖尿病患者中效果优于常规检验。

Objective:To explore the effect of biochemical tests and routine tests on the diagnosis of diabetic patients.Methods:320 patients with suspected diabetes mellitus were selected.Routine test and biochemical test were performed on all patients with diabetes mellitus.The accuracy of the two methods was compared.Results:The results of biochemical test were better than those of routine test.The accuracy rates of the two methods were 82.50%(the control group)and 93.75%(the observation group),respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biochemical test is better than routine test in the diagnosis of diabetes.
