网络舆情热点生成的多维归因 被引量:2

摘要 随着互联网迅速普及、网民数量的急剧增加,网络舆论的热度也逐渐上升,其发挥出的强大力量已然改变了我国社会舆论的生态环境。纵观近几年的网络舆情热点事件,可以看出社会事件是网络舆情热点产生的导火索,公民意识觉醒是网络舆情热点形成的催化剂,利益表达机制缺位为网络舆情热点的扩散提供了空间;同时,网络技术的发展为网络舆情的产生创造了平台,网络的繁荣为网络舆情提供了规模相当的舆论主体,网络媒体的传播促使个案演变为网络舆论客体;在舆论的传播过程中,社会公共心理是网络舆情扩散的共识要件,作为网络舆论热点制造者、舆论释疑与扩散、舆论引导或干扰的意见领袖又进一步推动了网络舆情的扩散。 With the rapid spread of the Internet and the sharp increase of the netizens,the popularity of Internet public opinion is gradually increasing.The power of network public opinion has already changed the ecological environment of China's public opinion.Through public opinion hotspot event in recent years,it can be seen that social events are the triggers of the Internet public hotspot;civic consciousness is a catalyst for the formation of internet public hotspot;the absence of interest expression mechanism provides space for the proliferation of internet public hotspot.At the same time,the development of network technology has created a platform for the creation of internet public opinion.The prosperity of the internet provides a fairly large-scale subject for internet public opinion.The spread of online media prompts the case to evolve into network public opinion object.In the process of public opinion,social public psychology is the consensus element of the internet public hotspot.The opinion leaders,as a hotspot maker,doubters and proliferators,media guides or disruptors of the internet public hotspot,further promotes the proliferation of internet public opinion.
