地方农林院校学生对SRTP项目体验的满意度调查研究——以甘肃农业大学为例

The Students' Satisfaction to SRTP Projects in Local Agriculture and Forestry Colleges: A Case of Gansu Agricultural University

创新型人才培养已成为时代对我国人才战略的重要要求,改革传统教育模式,探索新的创新教育模式势在必行。对学生满意度进行调查研究有利于深化高校创新教育改革,提高创新型人才培养质量,进而为地方农林院校创新教育实践提出可供参考借鉴的经验和建议。对甘肃农业大学近3 000名学生进行访谈和问卷调查,并构建衡量学生对SRTP项目满意度的12个测评指标,运用标准离差法量化指标、计算权重,构建能够反映学生对SRTP项目满意度的李克特量表来分析学生对SRTP项目开展的满意程度。结果表明,学生对SRTP项目总体满意度为中等水平,但是与SRTP项目立项的预期效果相比还存在一定的差距, SRTP项目的宣传力度、进度设计、立项要求等是影响满意度的主要因素。

The cultivation of innovative talents has become an important requirement of this era for China's talent strategy.It is imperative to reform the traditional education model and explore new innovative education models.The investigation and study of student satisfaction is conducive to deepening the reform of innovation education in colleges and universities,improving the quality of innovative talents training,and then providing experience and suggestions for the innovation education practice of local agricultural and forestry colleges to reference.Based on interviews and questionnaires with nearly 3000 students from Gansu Agricultural University,this paper constructs 12 indicators to measure students'satisfaction with SRTP,and uses standard deviation method to quantify the indicators and calculate the weight It also constructs a Likert scale to reflect students'satisfaction with SRTP to analyze students'satisfaction with the development of SRTP.The results suggest that:students'overall satisfaction with the SRTP project is at middle level,but there is still a certain gap compared with the expected effect of the SRTP project.The main factors that affect the satisfaction of SRTP project are propaganda strength,schedule design,project requirements and so on.
