摘要
2018年农业部选取了奶业作为重点支持产业,河北省是奶业重点省份,奶业振兴是河北省的重要任务。基于对河北省与我国7个奶业优势省份的对比研究,采用SWOT分析方法分析了河北省的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,进行战略组合,提出河北省奶业振兴应采用SO发展战略,即抓住机遇、发挥优势、补齐短板、全产业链发展,进而提出了具体的发展对策。
The Ministry of Agriculture has selected dairy industry as the key supporting industry in 2018.Hebei Province is the key province of dairy industry.Hence,revitalizing dairy industry is an important task of Hebei Province.This paper is based on a comparative study of Hebei Province and seven predominant dairy provinces in China.SWOT analysis method is used to analyze advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of dairy industry in Hebei Province.SO Development Strategy for dairy industry revitalization in Hebei Province was suggested.That is,seize opportunities,give full play to advantages,make up for shortcomings,and develop the whole industry chain.Thereafter,it proposes concrete development countermeasures.
