聚L-精氨酸/石墨烯修饰电极测定茜素红

摘要 在pH 5.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,用循环伏安法制得聚L-精氨酸/石墨烯修饰电极,对茜素红的电化学行为进行研究,建立测定茜素红的新方法.结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,使用差分脉冲伏安法测定茜素红,其浓度分别在5.00×10-7~2.50×10-5mol/L、5.00×10-5~5.00×10-4mol/L范围内,与峰电流呈现良好的线性关系,茜素红的最低检出限为1.0×10-8mol/L.在对茜素红研究时,修饰电极表现出良好的稳定性和选择性,用内标法测定茜素红,RSD为3.2%,回收率为103.7%,结果满意. Poly(L-arginine)-graphene modified electrode was prepared by cyclic voltammetry at pH 5.5 in PBS.The electrochemical behavior of alizarin red on the modified electrode was investigated.A new method for the determination of alizarin red was established.The results showed that under the optimal conditions of differential pulse voltammetry,the linear ranges of alizarin red were 5.00×10^-7 to 2.50×10^-5 mol/L and 5.00×10^-5 to 5.00×10^-4 mol/L respectiely.The detection limit was 1.0×10^-8 mol/L.The modified electrode had good stability and selectivity.The RSD was 3.2%and the recovery was 103.7%by internal standard method.The result was satisfactory.
