生态取向下高中教师课程执行力的发展机制探析——以地理学科为例 被引量:4

摘要 教师课程执行力包括课程理解能力、课程运作能力和课程评价能力。生态取向下高中教师课程执行力的发展,强调通过创建合作的教师文化,发挥特定群体对教师课程执行力发展的作用。为此,教师个体应强化发展的整体观念,学校要建立制度环境与教师文化,教研员应发挥指导和研究的作用,名师应指导教师习得课程执行力,培训机构应开设教师课程执行力的相关课程。 Teachers’curriculum execution capacity includes curriculum understanding capacity,curriculum operation capacity and curriculum evaluation capacity.The development of high school teachers’curriculum exe.cution capacity under the ecological orientation emphasizes the role of specific groups in teachers’development of curriculum execution capacity by creating a cooperative teacher culture.Therefore,several suggestions are put for.ward.First,teachers should strengthen the overall concept of development.Second,schools should establish the system environment and teacher culture.Third,teaching research staff should play the role of guidance and re.search.Fourth,the excellent teachers should guide the other teachers to acquire curriculum execution capacity.Fi.nally,training institutions should set up relevant courses to improve the teachers’curriculum execution capacity.
