教师课程执行力包括课程理解能力、课程运作能力和课程评价能力。生态取向下高中教师课程执行力的发展,强调通过创建合作的教师文化,发挥特定群体对教师课程执行力发展的作用。为此,教师个体应强化发展的整体观念,学校要建立制度环境与教师文化,教研员应发挥指导和研究的作用,名师应指导教师习得课程执行力,培训机构应开设教师课程执行力的相关课程。
