法学概论课的定位及其应用

基于课程论的理论要求、社会发展的现实需要、课程独特性的必然体现,通过与思想政治理论课、法学专业课和"以案说法"课的比较,高校法学概论课应定位为"专业法律普及课",并据此将课程教学内容重构为法理学、宪法、行政法与行政诉讼法、民法、民事诉讼法、刑法、刑事诉讼法七部分,同时从精选案例、明晰案例与教学内容间的联系、教师科学指导、适度适用案例四个方面创新应用案例教学法。

Based on the theoretical requirement of curriculum theory,the realistic needs of social development and the inevitable embodiment of the uniqueness of curriculum and comparison with the ideological and political theory course,law professional course and case-based course,the Introduction of Law in colleges and universities should be regarded as"the popularization of professional law course".Under this guidance,the teaching content of the course is reconstructed into seven parts:jurisprudence,constitution,administrative law and administrative procedure law,civil law,civil procedure law,criminal law and criminal procedure law.Meanwhile,case teaching method should be innovatively applied from four aspects:selecting cases,clarifying the relationship between cases and teaching content,teachers'scientific guidance and appropriate application of cases.
