摘要
2018年随着债券市场转暖,企业债券的融资情况有所好转,但不同类型企业融资分化的现象仍未有效解决,其中小微企业、民营企业的债券市场融资难问题仍较为突出。文章探讨当前我国企业债券市场融资存在的主要问题,并从丰富市场产品体系、发展信用风险对冲工具、完善信息披露和评级制度建设等方面,就缓解当前企业融资困境提出相关政策建议。
With the bond market going strong in 2018, the bond financing of corporates has been improved, yet the financing divergency between different types of enterprises has not been effectively resolved. Medium, small and micro enterprises and private enterprises are still facing financing difficulties in the bond market. The article discusses the main issues in the current corporate bond market financing in China, and proposes relevant policy recommendations on enriching the market products, developing credit risk hedging instruments, improving the information disclosure and promoting the rating system construction, aiming to alleviate the current financing difficulties of enterprises.
