变革型导师对团队创新氛围和研究生创造力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目前变革型导师是否有助于提升研究生创造力的结论暂不统一,过程机制尚不清晰。本文以京津冀5所财经类高校研究生为例,采用了对630名研究生进行调查所得数据,主要探讨了变革型导师对研究生创造力的影响及团队创新氛围在其中的中介作用。实证研究结果表明,变革型导师对研究生的创造力有正向影响;团队创新氛围对研究生创造力有正向影响;同时,团队创新氛围对变革型导师与研究生创造力间关系的中介效应显著。 At present,scholars have not yet drawn a commonly-acknowledged conclusion on that transformational tutors are helpful to the creativity of graduate students or not,and the process mechanism remains unclear.This paper takes postgraduate students from five finance and economics higher education institutions in Beijing,Tianjin municipality and Hebei province as examples,and adopts the survey data from 630 graduate students.The paper mainly discusses the influence of transformational tutors on the creativity of graduate students and the intermediary function of the innovation atmosphere in groups.The empirical research results show that the transformational tutors and the innovation atmosphere in groups have a positive impact on the creativity of graduate students;at the same time,the innovation atmosphere in groups has a significant mediation effect on the relationship between transformational tutors and graduate students’creativity.
