美国联邦执法类公务员的职位设置与管理

作为世界上最早采取职位分类对公务员进行管理的国家,美国联邦执法类公务员职位管理的相关制度对我国具有一定的借鉴意义,本文对美国联邦公务员职位分类体系、职位设置范围、具体职务名称进行了研究,提出我国行政执法类公务员职位管理的相关建议。

As the earliest country in the world to manage civil servants by position classification,the position classification system of United States has a certain reference for the relevant systems.This paper studies the U.S.federal civil service position classification system,position setting scope and specific job title and puts forward suggestions on the position management of law enforcement civil servant in China.
