摘要
企业CEO对一个企业当前和未来发展成败与否具有重大影响。本研究通过对50家国外(境外)知名企业CEO的继任实践进行归纳、汇总和分析,试图找出这些企业CEO继任规律,能够为相关研究人员和我国国有企业人事制度改革实践提供具体参考依据和借鉴。
The enterprise CEO has a great influence on the success or failure of the current and future development of an enterprise.Through the induction,summary and analysis of the succession practice of CEOs in 50 foreign(overseas)famous enterprises,this paper tries to find out the succession law of CEOs in these enterprises and can provide specific reference frames and suggestions for the personnel system reform practice of the state-owned enterprises in our country and the related researchers.
