摘要
职工诉求越来越受到企业的重视。本文基于职工诉求管理实践,从心理契约视角对职工心理诉求产生的动因及影响因素相关关系进行研究。研究以调查问卷所获得的数据利用SPSS进行相关分析,结果表明,工作满意度越高,员工工作压力越小,幸福感越高,心理诉求越少;反之,则员工工作压力越大,心理诉求越多。而化解职工潜在心理诉求,需提高工作满意度,缓解职工心理压力,完善诉求反馈机制。
More and more attention has been paid to the demands of the employees.From the perspective of psychological contract,this paper makes a study on the motivations and influence factors of employees’psychological demands based on their demands management practice.The data obtained from the questionnaire are analyzed by SPSS.The results show that the higher the job satisfaction is,the less the work pressure will be;the higher the happiness will be,and the fewer the psychological demands will be;on the contrary,the greater the work pressure is,the more psychological demands there will be.In order to resolve the potential psychological demands of employees,it is necessary to improve the job satisfaction,alleviate the psychological pressure of employees and improve the demand feedback mechanism.
