青岛市民宿发展现状及对策研究

Study on the Present Situation of Development and Countermeasures of Qingdao's Homestay Inns

近几年来,伴随着旅游者多样化和个性化需求的不断增长,民宿经济快速发展起来。青岛作为我国著名的滨海度假旅游城市,民宿发展日益得到各界重视。通过回顾国内外民宿发展的概况,分析青岛市民宿发展现状及存在的问题,提出青岛市民宿健康发展的对策建议。

In recent years,along with the increasing demand of tourists'diversification and personalization,the economy of homestay inns has developed rapidly.The development of homestay inns has gained increasing attention from all walks of life in Qingdao,which is a famous coastal resort city.This paper makes a review about the general situation of homestay Inns both at home and abroad,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the development,and puts forward some suggestions,or the healthy development of Qingdao's homestay inns.
