摘要 基于绩效评价对于提升教师绩效,进而保障人才培养质量的重要性,针对高职院校存在的忽视教师个体精力承受程度的"评价内容面面俱到"这一突出问题,从组织和教师个人共同发展的视角,"三全"育人的人才培养模式高职育人特点出发,借助组织协同战略构建高职教师绩效评价系统,构建实现尊重教师个体精力承受水平,扬其长、避其短,教师和学校组织共谋发展的教师绩效评价方案。 Based on the importance of performance appraisal to improve teacher performance and ensure the quality of personnel training,this paper aims at the prominent problem of“appraisal of all aspect”yet neglecting teachers'individual energy tolerance in higher vocational colleges.This paper is written from the perspective of mutual development of the organization and the individual teacher and the characteristics of talent training mode ofthree-quantity'education to construct performance appraisal system in higher vocational colleges in virtue of organizational synergy strategy,realize the respect for teachers'individual energy tolerance,foster strengths and circumvent weakness,so that the teachers and colleges shall get together to mutually develop teachers'performance appraisal proposal.
