摘要
从个体生涯的发展变化看,高职旅游类专业学生具有"高职学生""旅游从业者"和"终身学习者"三种学习角色,每种角色均呈现出一定的学习特点与有待重点解决的问题。通过构建高职旅游类学生学习特点及培养对策综合模型,运用"高职教育教练技术教学法"激发学生学习动机并培养学习习惯;运用"高职旅游工学结合人才培养模式"教授旅游从业者学习内容并帮助其建立学习策略;运用"高职旅游项目式教学体系设计"培育终身学习者的学习方式并开发其学习潜能。
Combining with the development and change of students'individual career,students majoring in tourism in higher vocational colleges have three roles:vocational college students,tourism practitioners and lifelong learners.Each learning role presents certain learning characteristics and problems to be solved.By constructing a comprehensive model of learning characteristics and training strategies for tourism students in higher vocational colleges,this paper uses"coaching technology teaching method in higher vocational education"to stimulate"higher vocational students"learning motivation and cultivate learning habits,teaches the learning content of"tourism practitioners"and help them set up learning strategies by using"Talents Training Model of Combining Work with Learning"in higher vocational colleges,uses the project-based teaching system design of tourism in higher vocational colleges to cultivate lifelong learners'learning style and develop their learning potential.
