摘要
环境风对热力阻力性能影响是海水冷却塔设计的重要问题之一,本文依据环境风对冷却塔进风口阻力系数及出口阻力系数的影响的研究成果,修正了自然通风海水冷却塔热力阻力计算程序,并分析了某大型自然通风海水冷却塔的原型观测数据。结果表明,平均风速为2.4 m/s时,出水温度实测值比设计值高0.4℃,出水温度预测值比设计值高0.3℃;在平均风速为5.2 m/s时,出水温度实测值比设计值高1.2℃,出水温度预测值比设计值高1.4℃。研究结果可为大型自然通风海水冷却塔的设计提供参考。
The influence of cross wind on heat-resistance performance is one of the most important problems in design of seawater cooling tower.Based on the study results of the model test and numerical simulation about the influence of the cross wind on the performance of the natural draft seawater cooling tower,the influence of the cross wind on the inlet and outlet drag coefficient is given,and the calculation program of thermal-resistance is revised.Based on this,the prototype observation data of a large natural draft seawater cooling tower is analyzed.The results show that,when the average wind speed is 2.4m/s,the measured value of outlet water temperature is 0.4℃ higher than the design value,and the predicted value is 0.3℃ higher than the design value;when the average wind speed is 5.2m/s,the measured value of outlet water temperature is 1.2℃ higher than the design value,and the predicted value is 1.4℃ higher than the design value.The research results can be used as a reference for the design of large natural draft seawater cooling tower.
