基于游客满意度视角的乡村旅游提升研究——以棣花古镇和袁家村为例

Study on the Promotion of Rural Tourism from the Perspective of Tourist Satisfaction——Taking the Dihua Ancient Town and the Yuanjia Village as the examples

乡村旅游已经成为当今旅游行业的热潮,对推动我国经济增长、特别是乡村地区经济的增长,有不可忽视的作用。在研究梳理国内外乡村旅游游客满意度研究的基础上,以棣花古镇和袁家村乡村旅游游客满意度为研究对象,通过对影响乡村旅游游客满意度十二大指标进行研究,借助软件分析,对比棣花古镇和袁家村之间的差异性,根据计算结果,提出棣花古镇提升策略。

The rural tourism is playing an important role in promoting the economic growth of our country's villages as an emerging way of tourism.Based on sorting out the relevant domestic and foreign study on tourists'satisfaction of the rural tourism,this paper regards the tourist's satisfaction of rural tourism in Dihua Ancient Town and the Yuanjia Village as the research object and conducts quantitative research on the system of 12 major indexes affecting the tourist's satisfaction of the rural tourism.Then,it compares and analyzes the tourism quality differences of the Dihua Ancient Town and the Yuanjia Village and puts forward the corresponding advice for promotion.
